Context
MAMICAR is a group of several companies: car rental, chauffeured transport and travel. MAMIPLEX gives them one application where each user works in the companies they have access to, and where central teams such as fleet and dispatch get a single view across the whole group.
What I built
- Multi-company architecture: every request is scoped server-side to the selected company, with cross-company access granted per user. Fleet and dispatch are deliberately group-wide.
- Fine-grained permissions enforced by NestJS guards and mirrored in Angular routes and menus.
- Finance and accounting: invoices, payments, expenses, bank accounts, chart of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet and reconciliation.
- Payroll and HR: employees, contracts, attendance, leave and payroll runs.
- Fleet and operations: vehicles, maintenance alerts, incidents, rental contracts and a daily chauffeur mission board with real-time updates over WebSockets.
- Two audit trails: an access log of who called what, and a data-change log with before/after diffs.
- Generated PDFs (Puppeteer + Handlebars), Excel exports and scheduled e-mail alerts.
